Staffing
Our modest success to date is partly derived from
dedicated and dynamic team whose combined years of
experience in the janitorial industry exceeds 50 years. JISL
has a staff compliment of over 75 individuals inclusive of
Administrative personnel, 2 Operation Supervisors and
Location Supervisors so as to ensure that smooth and
efficient service is provided at all times. Our field staff
resides closely to the areas to which they are assigned
thereby decreasing response time in cases of emergency. A
trained team of Electricians, Plumbers and Carpenters and
other artisans are in place should the need arise. Support
is also being provided by Ruth Palmer, Managing Director,
who, by virtue of her vast and varied knowledge and over 30
years experience in this industry, is ideally suited to
develop long-standing relationships with key private and
public institutions accounts, as well as the handling of
Government Corporate clients.
Recruitment All
service personnel are recruited on recommendation on
completion of an application of employment. References are
thoroughly processed and verified through investigation by
our management team and external services. Constant
monitoring is done and background checks are made as a
matter of routine to ensure that our staff is of the highest
integrity.
